The Team


Stan Klos III

As managing member, Stan is responsible for guiding the firm's strategic direction to ensure overall success and sustained growth. He also oversees client relationships and business development, and handles all facets of deal negotiation.

Stan founded 3GHCRE in 2014. Prior, he served in several advisory roles for national healthcare real estate firms. Stan earned his BS in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and Finance from University of South Florida's Muma College of Business.

Malcolm Sullivan

Malcolm assists with client development and deal origination. In addition, he manages a variety of special projects that support the firm's efforts to cultivate, grow, and expand business relationships with current and prospective clients.


Malcolm started his professional career as 3G Healthcare Real Estate's first intern and later joined the firm in 2022, following his graduation from Butler University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Health Care Management from the Lacy School of Business.
